We decided to sell our house after relocating out of the country so we needed someone who would be able to look after all the details - from getting the house ready to sell to the final closing day. We did a few upgrades prior to putting our house on the market and not only did Julie help us find the best contractors for each job, but she helped us decide where our money was best spent and oversaw each of the renovations to make sure they were completed on time, on budget, and to the highest of standards. Once our house was listed, Julie personally stayed in regular communication with us to let us know how things were progressing, guided us through each step of the sales process and helped us negotiate the sales agreement so that both parties felt satisfied with the deal. There were several occasions where unexpected hiccups arose (to no fault of Julie's) and she took them on and resolved them quickly and effectively.
During the entire process, Julie kept us in the loop so much so that at no point were we ever left wondering how things were going or what the next step was. We truly feel that Julie went well above and beyond what is typically expected of a realtor and always with incredible enthusiasm and a positive outlook.
It is also worth noting that we never felt strong-armed throughout our working with Julie. She provided her opinion along with the reasoning behind it but never pushed it on us and always encouraged us to reach our own decisions.
